Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
Clothing, bags and accessories
- You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
- To start a return, email us at faithnpurposestudio@yahoo.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.
- Once we receive your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Need a different size? Let us know and we'll exchange it if your size is still in stock.
Final sale items
These items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Anything marked Final Sale on the product page (this includes holiday and Christmas sweaters)
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Fragrances that have been opened or sprayed
- Mystery items
- Candles that have been burned
Digital downloads (planners, printables, devotionals and books)
Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all digital downloads are final sale. If you have trouble opening or downloading your file, email us and we'll get you a working copy right away.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any shipping.
