Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

CLOTHING, BAGS AND ACCESSORIES

You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. To start a return, email faithnpurposestudio@yahoo.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Need a different size? We'll exchange it if your size is still in stock.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

These can't be returned or exchanged: anything marked Final Sale on the product page (including holiday and Christmas sweaters), earrings, fragrances that have been opened or sprayed, mystery items, and candles that have been burned.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Planners, printables, devotionals and digital books are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so all digital downloads are final sale. If you have trouble opening your file, email us and we'll send you a working copy right away.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no shipping cost to you.
