PROCESSING TIME

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Items marked Coming Soon ship as soon as they arrive in our studio.

SHIPPING RATES

We ship anywhere in the United States and to select countries. You'll see every shipping option and its exact cost at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Planners, printables, devotionals and digital books are not shipped. Your download link is emailed right after checkout and also shows on your order confirmation page. Don't see it? Check your spam folder or email us and we'll resend it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery times vary by country. Customs fees, duties or import taxes are paid by the customer.

LOST OR LATE PACKAGES

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll help track it down. Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
